Tree plantation is significant because it is linked to our basic need for good food to eat and clean air to breathe. Apart from these necessities, they preserve biodiversity, conserve water, preserve soil, and control climate, among other things. Trees provide clean air for living beings to breathe and generate energy. The importance of plantations for a healthy life free of suffocation and pollution cannot be overstated, particularly in urban areas. The importance of tree plantation in preserving biodiversity and balancing the ecosystem cannot be overstated. Trees provide a natural habitat for many different species. A diverse and healthy ecosystem revitalizes the land and life on Earth. Chetak Foundation plans to plant over 10,000 trees under this initiative, to save the environment.
